Contracted vs Non-Contracted Restaurants
MealCab.com makes every effort to contract with our partner restaurants to pass off the best prices to our customer. Depending on the discount offered from our contracted restaurants some menu prices may vary from in house prices. Non Contracted restaurants are specified by an asterisk * and have no affiliation with MealCab.com. Prices are increased 30% to compensate for our normal discounts. Thank you for your business.
Where do we deliver?
MealCab.com delivers Tampa's favorite restaurants to South Tampa in Hyde Park, Downtown Davis and Harbour Islands, Palma Ceia, Westshore, as well as in North Tampa to New Tampa, Temple Terrace, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Southeast Land O' Lakes area and portions of Zephyrhills. For Catering Orders Only, MealCab.com will deliver outside our normal delivery areas. Please call 813.907.0222 for more information.
How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver your order within an hour. Our delivery time varies dependant on weather, traffic conditions and/or size of your order. If you need a delivery for a specific meeting or event be advised to call in your order in advance to ensure delivery time.
What are your business hours?
Corporate catering and call center representatives are available to assist you:
Monday through Thursday, 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.;
Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.;
Saturday from 12:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. and Sunday from 12:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
What is the cost of the service?
There is a $1.99 delivery fee for online orders, and a minimum $3.99 delivery fee for all orders placed via phone and delivered within a 10 mile radius. Orders placed and delivered beyond a 10 mile radius may incur additional charges. Hotel Room Service delivery is $5.99. Additionally, all credit transactions are assessed a 3% transaction fee for processing.
Is there a minimum to order?
There is a minimum of $15.00 (before taxes and fees) for delivery.
Should I tip the drivers?
Gratuities are greatly appreciated as the delivery fee is not part of a driver's compensation. Our mobile waiters do work off of tips. Any food orders of $50.00 or more will include an additional 15% gratuity. Typically, mobile waiters receive a 12 -15% gratuity for their services. Please inform us if you would like to leave a different TIP amount.

Can I place an order for a later date?
Yes, plan ahead for a meeting, special event or a night out without the kids. Our sophisticated phone or online ordering system allows you to effectively schedule your delivery by letting you choose an advance date and time. You may order days or even weeks in advance and we will ensure that you food order will arrive exactly when you requested. It is recommended that a minimum 24-hour notice is given on large group orders.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, corporate checks and/or cash. We also offer house account payment options for corporate customers.
How do I get my receipt?
Receipts are emailed or faxed for your convenience. Our orders are either called in or faxed to our partner restaurant. Dependent on our arrangement not all orders may include a hard copy receipt. You may contact customer service at any time after your delivery for an additional copy.
