Menu items are subject to availability. Prices and items are subject to change without notice. Pricing for delivery items is provided by the restaurant. We offer delivery in a limited area and we reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address. Food preparation times and traffic conditions may vary and affect delivery times. Not responsible for typographical errors. Restaurant coupons and other special offers are not valid on delivery orders.

Menu Prices

MealCab.com makes every effort to contract with restaurants in order to offer the same menu prices that you would pay if you were to eat in their establishment. With that being said, there are certain restaurants that we are contracted with at lower rates and offer their food due to high demand. These restaurants are marked with a * next to their name and menu prices can vary from 10%to 20% depending on the agreement. Cuurent Non Contracted Restaurants are OLIVE GARDEN, LEE ROY SELMON'S, CHILI'S & RUBY TUESDAY and these restaurants prices do incur a surcharge of 25%.  Additional non contracted restaurants may be added  to our service in the future.

Fees

Our delivery fee ranges from $3.99 to $5.99 and varies depending on the size of your order and your location. A 3% transaction fee is added to all orders.

Cancellations

Because we transfer your order electronically to the restaurant, once we have confirmed your order it is final.

Gratuity

Our mobile waitstaff works very hard to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of your order. A 12-15% gratuity is recommended and can be applied to your credit card.  Food orders of $75.00 or more will include an additional 15% gratuity. Your gratuity is greatly appreciated!
